Yeahh, pain in the ass trying to upload this, I never liked uploading onto YouTube for some reason... Anyway, awwwesome concert, awwsome night. Here they are :) And pleaasee excuse the HORRIBLENESS that is my voice XD I think my voice seriously died by this point and yeah.. it's just not pretty and I'm realizing it ruins the whole video, but yeah.. XD

HOLY SHITTT, IT WAS THAT AMAZING :) I mean, I wasn't that into the opening act, but they were also quite good and the type of music I'm into. It took FOREVER (at least for me) for the people to remove the opening act's stage set up and do final preps for Maroon 5's but, omfgg, sooo fucking worth itttt!!! I was seriously fucking flailing with each song I recognized from them :) I'm ashamed to say I only knew songs from the "It Won't Be Soon Before Long" and "Songs About Jane" albums, but omfgggg... XD Soo fuckking aweesome :)

And what's funny was I was just trying to get through the door, showed them my ticket and school ID. The damn guards at the door were checking our bags and just told us no cameras and leave our umbrellas in the front (it was freakin pouring out there). When the guard lady asked if I had a camera in my bag, I told them I did (stupidly) and she was like "You have to take it back." So I was like O.O fuckkkk thiissss. There was nooo fucking way I was going to walk all the way back to my room so I just walked some feet away from the main entrance and shoved my camera in a random jacket pocket then walked back through the doors :) Problem solved :)

So as an awesome result, I got to have some nice footage on my camera :) Not much, but something is better than nothing :)

And I would sooo put the footage on here if I could figure out how.. Ahahaha, the point is, it was a great concert, I had fun, what an awesome way to end a Tuesday.

And for tomorrow, GLEE IS COMING BACK!!! :)

Omfg, I'm ashamed of myself for not updating this since like 4 weeks ago. Nothing insanely exciting happening really with school and uni work. Nude model drawings have been on the down side for a while. The last model we had was like.. hum... like 2 weeks ago? Yeah, working with charcoal, which was really messy and wouldn't get out of my fingernails for like a while XD

So last week, I found out that MAROON 5 IS COMING TO MY UNI. I'm not joking. I was like, OMFG. I HAVE TO SEE THEM! So I basically slyly told my mom i wanted to buy tickets and then my mom told me to ask my brother to buy them for me as like a sort of birthday present. Cuz the concert is November 10, so I was like, FUCKING SHITTT, YESSSS!!!! It'll be and awesome November to say the least. I mean, this is embarassing, but I've never been to a legit concert before. I mean, a concert with a singer/band playing. I've been to musicals and like plays and shiz like that, but legit concerts? Nooo. Which is why seeing Maroon 5 live would be an awwesome first concert to go to :) The only stupid thing I did was not get 2 tickets XD So even if I do persuade a friend to go, we won't really be sitting together, which sucks so bad. But y'know what, I'm not going to let that get me down :)

So Maroon 5 concert + New Moon coming out + my birthday + Thanksgiving break away from uni = a GREAT November! :)

The last few weeks, I've developed this HUGE obsession for Glee that it's not even funny anymore XD Every Wednesday, I've been meeting up with a friend I made some weeks ago during this retreat and we've been basically having a Glee night just watching Glee when it airs, and just hanging out. I recently found out last week that this Vietnamese guy I met during that Filipino American Association meeting also likes to watch it, so i'm trying to round him up to hang out with me and my friend to watch it too.

ANNOYING THIS IS, there IS NO Glee airing tonight!! WHY?? Cuz of some STUPID BASEBALL GAME COVERAGE happening during the time Glee is supposed to air!!! LIKE WHAT THE HELL FOX?!?!?!

And now later today, I have to attend this mandatory meeting about Portfolio Reviews which will happen at the end of the semester XD I'm sort of nervous about that...

I'm tired.. I want to sleep.. but ughh... Sorry, just slightly complaining right now...

Oh, and on another note.. today was our first male nude model. Fuck.. just Fuck... >__< How did i survive?? HOW?? T___T

OMFG, I just had drawing class right. Yeah, for the next some weeks of our lives, practically the whole semester.. we will be drawing models in class. Now, I sort of had the inkling of the thought it might be nude models cuz y'know.. you see that kind of stuff all the time in drawing classes. But I didn't think it would actually be NOW. I had thought they wouldn't spring this on us until like at least the 2nd semester and like prepare us. But nooooooo.... XD Lo and behold, today, from 7-9:45 pm, I was drawing a nude female model. Now, I would have tried to NOT freak out if it was male... but thankfully it will be next week.. but omfg... XD

So for 2 hours and 45 minutes, I was drawing furiously many pages of this model... lol. And while I was quite surprised I would be doing this NOW of all days.... I was mature about it, ahahaha. Everyone was practically dying when we had to do many many drills basically varying from 60 seconds to 5 minutes and like one 15 min one. But wow... we just died when our professor made us draw with our opposite hands for 60 seconds each WITHOUT looking at the paper. It was terrible... but very very entertaining and it loosened up any nerves I guess.

But wow... quite an experience... now imagine we'll be DRAWING MALE NUDE MODELS NEXT WEEK?!?!?!?!

Oh wow.. What can I say about college?? XD My posts are always late about my life, but yeah, here I am now, no? lol. Anyway, I had... an eventful first week of uni 3 weeks ago. I had an insane time trying to adjust fully to American food XD I mean, don't get me wrong, I like American food, or basically anything that doesn't have anything to do with rice all the time. But having practically grown up on my mom's cooking of Filipino food and WHOLLY enjoying it and being satisfied with it can totally throw off one's stomach for a week XD So yeah, let's just say I had some issues on that the first week but afterwards, it got better and I'm finally adjusting to not eating rice practically everyday of my life. I'm sort of thinking it has to do with shoving down lots more carbohydrates than others. I mean, rice is carbs and stuff, and i ate it everyday and all.. and yeah.. lol. I don't know where I'm going with this. Ok, i'm going to stop talking about that.

The first week was also a time to meet new people and get a feel for all my classes and to learn how my art classes are going to be. I love all my art classes. I'm actually LEARNING, unlike my art class last year. Psh, I don't think I'm ever going to get over how crap my art class last year was. It wasn't the people, it was the TEACHER. Ughhh..

Being my shy self, I was mostly keeping to myself, but I did manage to find a few people I could tolerate. Everyone really is generally nice, and I like that about being here on campus. I have yet to actually "find" a group of people I could hang out with often, so yeah. Until then..? lol. I did manage to find an old elementary/middle school friend from way back when, ahahaha. So we have a few lunch and dinners together now. Which is nice : ) I'm also keen on making guy friends, ahahaha. : P Asian guy friends if you know what I mean, lawl <3

esssnesnon , HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY!!! Wow... A whole year has gone by without seeing you and hanging with all of you guys back in Geneva. Ahhhh, I miss it all, I really do. I just read pottermanic 's birthday tribut to you, so I'm like, AHH, I MUST DO THIS TOO!!! Sadly I don't have a way to put a pic of us here since i'm back in the states and i'm using my bro's computer and I have nooo idea where the eff the USB thing is so yeah.. sorry, you'll have to deal with just this text.

Wow.. where to start... Kiki, I love you and you know that :) It's really sad how we're like on opposite sides of the world, but we still manage to keep in touch with LJ and stuff. My years in Geneva were the best years of my life and there is nothing in the world that will change that. I totally believe that it were the best years because I met all of you :) Having practically all of our classes together in year 12 was no accident and we had maaaany awesome moments.

Like what my last post was saying, I don't have long until my flight back to the States and I get a start on college life. I don't know, maybe right now, I'm just feeling nostalgic for all my years of high school. >__< I think it's the random songs I'm playing that's triggering all the memories. I mean, yeah, I'm ready for college. I am. I am DYING to start already. Get my hands on all my art classes and stuff. Wanna meet new people and everything. I guess I just can't help but think and remember high school and all the fun there was :)

Mmmm... I'm sleepy...

Anyways, hopefully, I'll be able to keep the friendships I've made throughout the years. Ahaha.. deep thinking I know. Memory-triggering songs do that to you.

I have officially, as of 2 days ago, started preparing stuff for college. AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING. Is all I'm going to say. Lawl. Even though it's only sorting through a small portion of my clothes so far to decide what to bring, it's still something. My flight back to the states is Aug 15, so I still have a few more moments to breathe in the summer laziness.

My hopes for going through some books to read for the summer are rapidly becoming impossible since i'm always getting distracted on the comptuer XD phail, I know. Lol. I'm still going to at least finish Time Traveler's Wife at all costs. :)

So some updates on me, I finally know who my roomate in college is. She seems cool, so hopefully we'll get along fine. :) I haven't done much this summer as my friends here in HK seem to NOT be in HK at the very crucial moments I get bored. So yeah, it's quite frustrating when I just want to get out of the fucking house sometimes but knowing I won't have good company to share it with. Gotta hate the house arrest feeling, lol. BEING STUCK AT HOME IS NOT ME. But what I did accomplish was getting into some TV shows. Since finishing the first season of Dollhouse, I'm seriously deciding on finishing what I started for True Blood. And for some reason, I want to get into Terminator: The Sarah Conner Chronicles. Call me a lil sci-fi nerd XD I mean, hell, I was into Buffy, Angel and Roswell when I was younger. It sorta sticks after watching most seasons of those shows :)

Also since I graduated, I've gotten some new CD's <3
